0 Calories, 0 carbs, 0 fat? YES please! Flavor God has a ton of different seasonings, all 0 calories. These are perfect for everyone! Dieting, yes! Watching carb intake, yes! On Optavia, totally a YES!
Flavor God has sooooo many seasonings…. Sweet, savory, and so much more!
A few of my faves:
Everyday Seasonings: Taco Tuesday (you can guess when I use this….yes, every Tuesday for Taco Tuesday, duh!), Hot Wings, Buffalo Seasonings…so many! I haven’t gotten through them all, but I know, once I do, I will LOVE them all!
Sweet: (and I have a legit sweet tooth. Yes, I am a recovering Sugar Addict! The struggle can be real!) But this helps! Chocolate Donut and my all time fave, and I would bet their #1 top selling seasoning/topping: Buttery Cinnamon Roll!
Break down of calories, fat, carbs:
Example:
Flavor God Garlic Lovers is 1/4 tsp per serving. 0 calories. 0 fat. 40mg Sodium. 0 carbs. 0 protein.
Flavor God Buffalo Seasoning is 1/4 tsp per serving. 0 calories. 0 fat. 20mg Sodium. 0 carbs. 0 protein.
Sounds perfect, right?? Well, it is! They taste so amazing that you would NOT believe that they are 0 calories, 0 fat AND 0 carbs!
Buttery Cinnamon Roll tastes so buttery, cinnamon, surgary, yummmmmmy -feels like cheating!
Optavia Results - How Do I Count This?
Since I follow the Optavia lifestyle, my biggest question was how do I count these? I checked the Optavia Condiment List but unfortunately, they weren’t listed on there. I assume they are treated as a condiment. Honestly, I haven't been counting them as there is nothing in them except a little sodium AND I am still losing weight. (I have lost just over 50lbs and still going!) … but from what I see on the condiment list, it looks like, on average, seasonings: 1 condiment = 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp.
It hasn't mattered yet (even though on Optavia and other diet plans you are supposed to measure and count EVERYTHING) but I think once I get further down and hit a plateau, these details will probably be important. Or maybe I am worried over nothing and just over thinking this. But since I wanted to find out and couldn’t find anything anywhere I took the next step to find out- I emailed Optavia Support to get the final word on how it count this on Optavia:

Hello Amy,
...Thank you for reaching out! Per our Condiment & Healthy Fats List, a ½ tsp of a spice mix can count as 1 condiment. Therefore you can use a ½ tsp as 1 condiment serving. Enjoy!...
